General rules of the competition
- It is an essential condition to do at least one workshop.
- To ensure your enrolment, it is necessary to make the full payment before October 1.
- Punctuality is essential. All participants must be present at least 30 minutes before their presentation.
- Participants must respect the order of presentation established by the organisation.
- The prices of the competition are published on the main page.
Technical Rules
- The maximum duration of each presentation is 3' 30''.
- The music must be sent to yaalbifestival@gmail.com in mp3 format before September 20, 2025, specifying if the music will start on stage or an entry will be made once the music starts.
- No last-minute changes to music are allowed.
- We advise you to bring a copy of your music for possible problems.
- The use of special effects (smoke, fire, etc.) must be previously approved by the organisation.
Evaluation criteria
- The jury will assign a score from 1 to 10 to each of the following factors: .
- - Technique.
- - Interpretation.
- - Choreography.
- - Image.
- - Musicality.
Refund policy
- Due to the logistics and organisation necessary to carry out an event of this magnitude, we regret to inform you that no refunds will be made for cancellations unless these are for justified medical reasons.
- For a refund request to be considered, an official medical certificate must be presented justifying the inability to attend the event.
- The medical certificate must be sent as soon as possible, no refund will be made (not even with medical proof) when there is one week left before the start of the festival.
