Festival Rules 2026
We ensure an environment of respect, art and professionalism. Please read the regulations carefully before registering.
General Rules
The festival reserves the right of admission. The official accreditation badge must be worn in the show hall and workshops at all times.
Registration Process
Registration is done exclusively through the form on our website.
Full payment or a partial deposit is required to secure your spot.
Once confirmed, no refunds will be accepted. In case of force majeure duly justified, the committee will evaluate the possibility of transferring the payment to a future edition.
Artistic & Performance
Music for both galas and competition must be submitted in mp3 format, clearly named (e.g. DancerName_competition_Oriental_Professional.mp3) no later than 2 weeks before the festival starts.
Conduct & Ethics
We promote sportsmanship. Any disrespectful behaviour towards judges or participants will result in disqualification.
Active recruitment for schools or personal projects within the festival premises is not permitted without explicit authorisation from the organiser.
Punctuality
Participants are asked to arrive on time for workshops so as not to disrupt the class flow. Workshop attendance is personal and non-transferable.
Use of Spaces
Participants must respect the spaces and keep backstage and common areas tidy.

Jury decisions are final and cannot be appealed. Evaluation sheets will be handed out after the festival ends.

Registration implies the assignment of image rights for festival promotion on social media and press.

Payment of the registration fee constitutes full acceptance of these rules.
